SCHIERES began in 1990, combining club-beats and electronic sound-scapes with Industrial and EBM-programming. He remained true to his focus up to now, he has refined and developed his style in detail, however, has departed more and more to snotty Trip-Techno. The beats provide a warm base, that with determination and the necessary toughness purposefully pushes forward, while the distinctive sonic landscapes know about all emotions and build up to satisfy that constant longing for new sounds and ideas in electronic music. His current live set absolutely tears any quiet bar stool magnetically to the dance floor.
SCHIERES begann 1990 elektronische Beats und Klangwelten mit Industrial- und EBM-Färbung zu produzieren. Er behielt seine Grundausrichtung bis jetzt weitgehend bei, verfeinerte und entwickelte seinen Stil jedoch im Detail immer weiter zu dem entrückt rotzigen Trip-Techno, der seine Stücke von heute kennzeichnet. Die Beats liefern ein warmes Rave-Fundament, das beim Einsatz von Breaks verspielt und danach wieder gerade heraus kompromisslos durch die Nacht pumpt, während die melancholischen Klanglandschaften, die sich darüber aufbauen, ständig auf der Suche nach dem noch nicht da gewesenen Klangerlebnis zu sein scheinen. Diese Live-Sets legen es darauf an, das Publikum zum Stehenlassen seiner Drinks und zum Verlassen des gemütlichen Barhockers zu verführen, um die Zappelfläche in der Mitte aufzusuchen.
